Dining at Henry’s Fork Lodge is a much-anticipated experience. Our goal is to consistently bring our guests the best and freshest ingredients, beautifully prepared and presented to rival the fine restaurants of major cities. We source fresh local produce and meats, FedEx fish fresh off the boats and fly in our fine wines, coffee and other ingredients otherwise unavailable in Idaho. The Lodge has earned our dining room the reputation of having the finest cuisine in the greater Yellowstone area.
Our chefs create hearty breakfasts, delicious picnic lunches and elegant dinner selections. Our dinner menu changes daily to reflect what’s fresh and in season and features a wide array of varied choices of appetizers and main dishes that will satisfy any guest. Meal times are also adjusted to “match the hatch,” so you never have to choose between dinner and the evening rise. Seafood Choices Alliance
Henry’s Fork Lodge has joined with other top restaurants and chefs to serve only sustainable seafood. We are the only restaurant in Idaho and the only fishing lodge in the country to be a member of the Seafood Choices Alliance. As advocates of catch and release for trout, we think it only appropriate that we and other fishing lodges join in protecting fish species other than just our own trout and salmon. We hope that by serving only sustainable seafood, we can do our part to help make the seafood marketplace environmentally, economically and socially sustainable.
