Our partners

Our local partnerships, in addition to our participation in the sustainable seafood program, Seafood Watch, are at the core of our mission to serve the freshest, healthiest, most sustainable food possible. We proudly source many ingredients from local farmers’ markets, and from farms and ranches surrounding the lodge, including: Purple Sage Farms, Snake River Farms, Larks Meadow Farms, and Valley Game and Gourmet.

Roasted butternut squash soup, crème fraiche, spiced pecans
