Yellowstone’s finest dining
Though the epic fly fishing is what draws people to Henry’s Fork, dining at the lodge is an experience unto itself. Whether you’re an overnight guest or visiting us just for a special meal, you’re guaranteed fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which we proudly source from farms and ranches surrounding the lodge. Our dinner menu changes daily, and our team of talented chefs also create hearty breakfasts and delicious picnic lunches for your day of exploration.
Dinner is timed to “match the hatch,” so you never need to choose between dinner and the evening rise. It’s a social event where stories from the day’s outdoor adventures are shared, and it’s always preceded by hors d’oeuvres and drinks on the porch.
“I’ve stayed and dined at Henry’s Fork Lodge many times – the food, the wine list and the service are absolutely top notch – as good as the very best of the big cities. The lodge is the pinnacle for discerning anglers and anyone else who enjoys the majesty of Western Idaho.”

MEET CHEF
MATTHEW DUSHARME
Matthew’s food philosophy is rooted in farm-to-table, and he’s passionate about sourcing fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Matthew has worked as executive chef at two other luxury guest ranches, as well as two Four Seasons Resorts (including one in Costa Rica). His greatest cooking challenge to date was sourcing fresh ingredients when he served as head chef at a research station in Antarctica.
