Our Staff

Over the last quarter century, the Henry's Fork Lodge Staff has been an incredibly instrumental in our successes. While their backgrounds have been diverse and their career pursuits have been plenty, an expertise in hospitality and a love for Island Park has been shared by all.

Former Lodge Managers have included: a financial services professional, Hollywood screenwriter, psychiatrist, mountaineering guide, and an attorney. Past Staff members have gone on to become lawyers, restaurateurs, veterinarians, biologists, and physicians. What links all of our incredible staff together however, is their shared love of the outdoors. Our enthusiasts have been mountain bike racers, triathletes, rock climbers, bird watchers, whitewater boaters, and, of course, hunters and fly fishers.

Within this collective the Lodge and our guests have been fortunate to see many staff familiar faces returning year after year, including Roland Bitterer (13 years), Mary Maurer Martin (18 years), and Amelie Kappes (14 years).

As the years pass, our staff will always be a part of the Henry's Fork Lodge family and have a place at our table. We raise our glass to you!
